Peter Ng’ethe

Mr. Peter Ng’ethe is an Associate at Prof. Albert Mumma & Company Advocates. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, (LLB) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. Additionally, he is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. Mr. Ng’ethe is a dynamic lawyer with a broad range of legal, management and administrative skills. He is an integral part of the team, enabling the firm meet the client’s needs “under one roof” by supporting the firm’s corporate clients who have need for the services of a criminal lawyer.

In this role he assists the firm’s corporate clients resolve complications arising from criminal prosecutions in the areas of health and safety, licensing and other compliance related issues. Mr. Ng’ethe brings to the team organisational acumen, and a “hands on” working style that is his forte. In this digital era Mr. Ng’ethe’s ICT skills make him an invaluable asset to the Firm.
