Mr. Nicholas Kamande is an Associate at Prof. Albert Mumma & Company Advocates. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. Currently, he is pursuing his Master of Laws (LLM) at Liverpool John Moores University and a Certified Public Secretary course at KASNEB. He is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

Mr Kamande brings to the law firm a unique set of skills, having spent several years providing in-house legal services for one of the firm’s major corporate clients, giving him a deep insight into the dynamics of the corporate world. Drawing on this experience Mr. Kamande has guided multinational companies and local companies on their investments and compliance requirements. Mr Kamande focus is on growing the firm’s commercial and corporate law litigation practice. He is also engaged in supporting the firm’s corporate clients in navigating the increasingly challenging environment of employment and labour relations through advisory support, advocacy and legal representation. He is an effective and competent team player, with the ability to plan and organize his work and that of others under minimum supervision.
