Ms. Crescensia Sihaba is an Associate at Prof. Albert Mumma & Company Advocates. She holds a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the University of South Africa, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public. She works in the Firm’s Commercial, Property and Conveyancing law practice where her areas of focus are banking securities, financial services law, property conveyance law and corporate law.

She also has considerable experience of providing legal services to Non-governmental Organizations on diverse areas of law such as immigration, drafting of NGO Constitutions and providing corporate support to the Firm’s NGO clients. Ms. Sihaba is also a Certified Professional Mediator under the Court Annexed Mediation Programme.
